***July 1 – UPDATE JOSELYN WAS RELEASED!****
Detained in Eloy, AZ, where two detainees committed suicide last month, Joselyn Abigail Hernandez (#205-920-745) needs your help. She is an 18 year old mother and currently enrolled student, struggling with being away from her daughter and her community. She is currently taking anti-depressant medication and needs your help today to get her out of detention and back home, where she belongs.
Joselyn was arrested for working to pay for her DACA application and to support her 5-year-old daughter Jazmin who cries for her mom every night before she goes to sleep. Joselyn deserves to be home with her daughter, continuing her education, and applying for her DACA work permit.
Sign the petition to tell ICE to free Joselyn and close her deportation case!
