#Not1More Deportation

Raided Families Speak Out in New Report

On January 28th, the Georgia Latino Alliance for Human Rights (GLAHR) and the Southern Poverty Law Center released a report compiling the stories and experience of families of Central American refugees whose homes ICE raided in the beginning of 2016.

Their accounts lay bare the deception and disregard by which immigration agents operated and serve as the basis by which the reporting organizations recommend an end to the raids, investigation into ICE practices, and bright line of separation between local law enforcement and federal deportation agents.
