======================================
Juan Carlos Cruz Guerra ( #087-526-641) lived with his wife and three U.S. citizen daughters in the U.S. for twenty years before ICE deported him. Dedicated to his children, Juan returned immediately. Now, he faces separation from his daughters just for trying to keep his family together.
Juan’s children, Evelyn (14), Karla (12), and Karen (10), are straight A students and perform saxophone and flute in their middle school band. They also attend church with their dad, where he has been a mentor to many members of the faith community.
Last year, Juan was arrested by U.S. Marshals in his home, in front of his daughters. For seven months he has been held in Florence CCA detention center. Even in detention, he has been a religious mentor to other detainees and, despite the pittance pay, has continued to send financial contributions to his church in Phoenix.
Juan is a dedicated father and religious leader who should be at home with his family and community.
Tell ICE to stop the deportation of Juan Carlos Cruz Guerra! Not one more family separated!
